Customer Service & Returns

• All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking and insurance. If you need special shipping options such as UPS, please email Kris to arrange BEFORE placing your order.


• If you receive your purchase and there is a defect with it, please send us an email with a picture and describe the issue. We will do our best to correct the situation and make it right. You have 14 days from receiving your item to contact us to fix or replace it. 


• If you are not happy with the way an item fits and need a different size, we will happily replace the item with what you need, as long as it is in stock, but you are responsible for shipping the item back plus the shipping of the replacement back. Also, DO NOT WASH OR WEAR any item you wish to return. It needs to be sent back as it arrived to be eligible for a trade.
